Adults Taster Day

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’re bringing back the adults taster day! It’s on Saturday 29th June, in the Aura Leisure Centre in Letterkenny, Ireland. The day will start at 11am until 5pm and include cocoon, hoop or trapeze, and vertical dance (wall running). The day will start and end with a proper warm up and cool down. (Or bring the kids too)

Then at 7:30pm in An Grianán Theatre, there’s a free ticket to our show launching the 10th anniversary of IADF, with a Double Bill of vertical dance shows. So you can see the potential of what you tried earlier that day! (More info here.)
