While learning to spin on the Cyr wheel takes time, Krin Haglund, the first woman to master the Cyr wheel and half of the first professional Cyr duo, will get you well on your way to spinning… really fast! You will learn the basics of manipulations, throws and releases, as well as group movements and duo manipulations. Also on the agenda: reliable ways to start, beguiling ways to continue turning and pragmatic suggestions for how not get frustrated while you are mastering the basics.
