Note: This is not floor-based bungee.

Dance Bungee

/ with Chrissie Ardill (2020)

Very fun and very physical, bungee dance harness allows you to create movements that would be otherwise impossible: jumping, falling and recovering to our feet in seemingly magical ways. The strands of bungee give us back force proportional to the distance we stretch it. We will spend this week long course learning to harness the power of the bungee to help us perform beautiful, dynamic and sometimes acrobatic movements. The class will be a mixture of taught choreography and creative exploration of the possibilities of bungee.

Wear some cushy layers around your hips and your body will thank you.

Pre-requisites: No previous dance or harness experience required.

Please Note:  The class on Friday 3rd July will be covered by Beverley Grant as Chrissie is not available.
