For this level you must have experience with at least one aerial technique, to be able to invert to straddle and pike with ease and do pull ups.
The double cloudswing are two ropes in a U-shape under each other in which you can drop from one to another, knot them through each other and swing. This is a technique that isn’t done a lot, so Saar created all of her own vocabulary.
In this class you don’t need to have experience in single or double cloudswing, but you do need experience in other aerials, like silks, rope, trapeze or aerial hoop. You need to have good grip strength and to be able to to leg lifts and pull ups.
We will do a range of techniques; balances, dynamic, drops and knots, we will also try some duo things in the ropes. We will also explore to find some new movements.
